Account Information Storage

MA2 provides tools to assist with the creation and enhancement of assessment feedback and does not act as a student records or assessment management system. Responsibility for the accuracy, appropriateness, and final use of any feedback generated through the application rests with the Course Coordinator, Tutor, or their institution. MA2 does not retain long-term copies of assessment feedback or student assessment records.
Assessment Feedback Data
MA2 is designed to support educators in developing high-quality assessment feedback. Feedback entered into the application is processed only to provide the requested functionality and is not stored on the MA2 website or within a permanent database.
Any feedback data required during processing may be held temporarily in system memory or cache. This temporary data is automatically cleared once processing is complete and is not retained.
Payment Information
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store complete credit card details on our servers. Payment information is handled directly by our payment provider in accordance with their privacy and security policies.
